Smithrite offers containers ranging in sizes from 8 Cubic Yards to 40 Cubic Yards, standard bins are Open – Top style however lidded bins are available.

We offer services tailored to your needs, from “on call” service to 7 days per week service for anyone in the Metro Vancouver area.
Containers should be loaded level (only to the top of the sides of the bin ) and should weigh no more than 10,000 Kg.
Yes, the following are our load restrictions:
- Dirt, Rubble, Rock, Bricks, Concrete: 10 Cubic Yard Container Size Maximum.
- Drywall, Gypsum, Gyproc: 30 Yard Container Size Maximum.
- Stucco: 20 Yd Container Size Maximum.
- Roofing (Tar & Gravel Shingles): 20 Yd Container Size Maximum.
Yes, there are certain materials that Metro Vancouver disposal facilities do not accept, either because there are already disposal programs set up for these items, or because they are hazardous to waste collection workers, the public and the environment.
