Roll off Containers

Smithrite provides Roll - Off Container services to fit your waste removal / recycling needs. Typically these containers are used for bulky materials that cannot fit in standard front end bins or in compactors. Roll - Off Containers are also used for large clean up's and for construction debris.

Roll - Off Containers are available for Commercial, Residential and Industrial applications. Containers range in sizes from 8 Cubic Yards to 40 Cubic Yards, standard bins are Open - Top style however lidded bins are available.

Service is tailored to your needs, from "on call" service to 7 days per week service. Waste containers are painted with our signature "Smithrite Blue".

Sizing

If you are trying to determine the size of container that you may need: A standard pick - up truck will hold approximately 2 Cubic Yards of material.

Placement Space

Roll off bins 10 Yd - 40 Yd, 90' of space is required and the 8 Yd - 12 Yd will require approximately 60'.

Loading the bin

Containers should be loaded level (only to the top of the sides of the bin ) and should weigh no more than 10,000 kg's.

Load Restrictions

Dirt, Rubble, Rock, Bricks, Concrete: 10 Cubic Yard Container Size Maximum

Drywall, Gypsum, Gyproc: 30 Yard Container Size Maximum

Stucco: 20 Yd Container Size Maximum

Roofing (Tar & Gravel Shingles): 20 Yd Container Size Maximum
